In less than three years, this family-owned powerhouse has surpassed $200 million in annual sales, grown to nearly 100 agents, and expanded its footprint with the opening of its second office in Henderson—a strategic move signaling the next phase of growth.
That expansion was celebrated on January 7 with a Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening, bringing together clients, agents, and community members for a first look at Virtue’s continued evolution.

After three years of accelerated growth, founders Darin and Susan Marques remain focused on expanding both locally and nationally.
“We’re seeking areas experiencing growth and ready to explore new markets,” said Darin. “My long-term vision is to reach 50 locations. That number has always resonated with me.”
The Henderson location represents more than expansion—it’s a calculated step toward building a national luxury brand with intention and infrastructure.

“I remind agents that selling someone’s home is not just selling a physical asset—you could be selling 20 years of memories,” said Darin. “It’s more than just pricing it right and putting it on the market.”

Virtue was born from a simple conversation between Darin and Susan on February 7, 2023—and launched just one week later on February 14.
Starting with 15 team members, the firm has grown to nearly 100 agents, achieving consistent year-over-year growth—even during one of the most challenging real estate markets since 2008.
The name “Virtue” itself reflects the company’s foundation.
“It was simple, memorable, and aligned with how we want to treat people and do business,” Darin said.
What’s Next
With the successful opening of its second Henderson office, Virtue is now preparing for expansion beyond Nevada, beginning with St. George, Utah.
