The elements of fire and water provide an energetic backdrop to the ultra-chic Jing Las Vegas. The Colorado-based hot spot features an enticing “Global Cuisine with an Asian flair” specializing in steak, seafood, wok dishes, sushi, and Asian specialties.
Executive Chef Joseph Elevado, formerly of Treasure Island’s Social House and Encore Andrea’s, oversees the kitchen operation of the 8,500 square foot venue. Elevado is also a managing partner.
Some of the Jing’s popular dishes include Miso Cod, Peking Duck, and Kobe Steak presented on a hot rock. Sushi enticements include the signature appetizer Tuna Pizza and Salmon Strawberry Avocado Roll. Thai basil is a wok specialty made with jalapeno, broccoli, and roasted black bean sauce. Jing also offers over 20 vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Encased behind floor-to-ceiling glass, Jing showcases an incredible 2,500-bottle wine cellar visible from every seat. Patrons can choose from over 30 wines by the glass and over 250 different wine labels by the bottle. Jing is one of the few restaurants in the world to offer all the ‘first growth’ wines from France.
Jing offers late-night dining with a full menu until 11 p.m. and a DJ booth with live entertainment. The restaurant,10975 Oval Park Drive is open for lunch at 11 a.m. daily and closes at 2 a.m. Happy hour is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Dinner begins at 5 p.m.
Wolfgang Puck’s first off-Strip restaurant recently transformed into a Golden Knights themed mecca for upscale pub food, close to the team’s practice facility at City National Arena.
Sports enthusiasts will appreciate Puck’s truffle potato chips with blue cheese fondue and sweet potato fries with curry ketchup. The upscale eatery also offers signature dishes named after Golden Knights players including Tuch’s Rueben Sandwich or Karlsson’s Vegan Burger.

Opened October 2019, the 8,748 square foot restaurant, 10970 Rosemary Park Drive is normally open daily; Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
BabyStacks Café chose the community of Summerlin for its sixth planned location. Owner Liberty Hung said the official opening date is still to be determined but hopes to initiate curbside pickup soon.
As the namesake implies, pancakes made from scratch daily are BabyStacks specialty. Hung, who created the menu’s recipes, describes her eatery as having an “island twist,” serving a variety of Filipino, Hawaiian and traditional American inspired dishes, with its Red Velvet cakes being its most popular menu item.
The 1,891 square foot location, 11770 W. Charleston Boulevard, #150 will feature outdoor patio seating. Normal business hours are 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekends.
