Designed by world-renowned architecture firm Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG), the new Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas is taking shape behind the guard gates of MacDonald Highlands in Henderson. Set to open in the fourth quarter of 2025, the one-of-a-kind luxury resort-style residential project features 171 condominium units with dynamic Strip views.
The unique project is the first in the Henderson luxury residential market. It offers its residents a curated lifestyle and peace of mind with double-gate security. The location, inside MacDonald Highlands, further sets it apart with easy access to the Strip and Harry Reid Airport.
The two exclusive residential towers feature 90,000 square feet of resort-style amenities operated by the premier hospitality company Four Seasons, including multiple restaurants, private dining areas, a wine cellar, a game room, a library, a movie theater, a golf simulator, meeting spaces, a fitness room, four resident pools with private cabanas and owner’s suites.
Other services include a 24-hour dedicated concierge and parking valet. Special services are available upon request, such as in-residence dining, private chef services, private dinners, professional housekeeping services, personal training, pet walking, automobile services, and grocery/household shopping.
Residences range from 2,200 square feet with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths to five-bedroom and seven-bath 7,000 square foot penthouses. Each residence features outdoor terrace living spaces with outdoor kitchens and fire pits, epicurean kitchens, wet bar/dry bar and wine storage, private garages, and elevators opening directly to the residence.
The oversized floor plans showcase 10 to 13-foot ceiling heights and contemporary interiors by Wimberly. Residents also have private access to the Dragon Ridge Country Club, featuring additional upscale amenities and services. The price to live in Four Seasons-styled luxury starts at $3.5 million.
