Before entering real estate, Valerie held executive and managerial roles with major Las Vegas companies, including Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts, and Station Casinos, where she developed expertise in operations, marketing, and client experience.
Over the past seven years in real estate, Valerie has built a reputation for professionalism, strong negotiation, and clear communication. She previously served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, helping lead agent development, recruiting, and growth within her brokerage. In 2025, she closed $6 million in sales volume in personal sales.
Valerie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication and is a Certified People Coach, currently expanding a program focused on helping professionals strengthen their communication, leadership, and confidence in business and life.
